Binghatti Holding posts Dh1.43 billion Q1 profit as revenue jumps 52pc
More than 4,000 units sold during first quarter
DUBAI – Dubai-based developer Binghatti Holding has announced record financial results for the first quarter ending March 31, 2026, with net profit climbing to Dh1.43 billion, marking a 73 percent year-on-year increase.
Revenue rose 52 percent to Dh4.39 billion as the company continued to benefit from strong demand across Dubai’s property sector.
The company also reported a sharp rise in EBITDA, which surged 83 percent year-on-year to Dh1.83 billion, highlighting continued operational efficiency and expanding profit margins. Total assets reached Dh32.87 billion during the quarter, while the Group’s cash position strengthened to Dh9.9 billion.
Growth pipeline
During the first quarter, the developer achieved Dh5.88 billion in sales through the sale of more than 4,000 units. The company also launched five new projects with a combined value of Dh8.58 billion, adding 4,696 units to its growing portfolio.
The company’s development backlog stood at approximately Dh52 billion, while sales backlog reached Dh16 billion and revenue backlog totalled Dh18 billion, providing substantial visibility for future growth.

Muhammad BinGhatti, Chairman of the company, said the latest performance reflected the strength of its vertically integrated business model and its ability to convert Dubai’s resilient real estate market fundamentals into sustainable growth and profitability.
He added that Dubai continues to strengthen its standing as a global investment destination through proactive governance, long-term planning and sustained investor confidence.
Shehzad Janab said the successful $500 million Sukuk issuance further reinforced the company’s capital structure while expanding its global investor base.
